Venture Softech (India) Pvt Ltd is located in BTM Layout at 147/10. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s a simple setup where we handle software development and other tech-related work. We have a row of desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. Cables are usually running all over the floor, which is a bit of a trip hazard, but we’re careful. We’ve been operating out of this spot for several years now. It’s not a fancy corporate building with glass walls. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the projects we have at hand. The local tea stall is our go-to spot when we need a break from the screens. We’ve grown to know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t put on any acts for our clients. We just show them what we’ve built and talk about how to make it better. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street outside, but we just turn up the fans or put on headphones. It’s an honest, everyday kind of place where we work hard and keep things moving forward. We don't have a lot of storage, so old boxes are stacked in the corners. It’s just our way of working in this neighborhood.
