Venture Soft Tech

Our office is tucked away in BTM, Bangalore. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of traffic and small shops everywhere you look. We’ve been here at Venture Soft Tech for a while now. The team isn’t very large, just a handful of us sitting at desks with our monitors. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the bikes on the street outside, but we’re used to it. We mostly work on software and tech stuff. It’s not always glamorous work, but it keeps the lights on. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a big sign. Most people find us because someone told them about us. We spend a lot of time drinking tea from the stall at the corner. It’s a regular part of our day. The office itself is quite plain, just white walls and some old chairs. We don't really care much for decorations. Some of the keyboards have letters worn off from so much typing. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes the internet acts up when there’s a big storm, but we just take a break and wait it out. It's a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want to do a decent job for our clients. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a project is due. But that’s just how it is.
