Vensan Systems & Solutions India Privatelimited is based in Banashankari 2nd Stage. You can find us at No. 590 on the 24th Cross. We are actually located right above the Indian Bank, which makes it easy for people to find the building. Being in this part of Bangalore is great because it feels established. The office itself is nothing over the top. We have our work stations and a small area where we keep the kettle and some tea bags. Most of the day is quiet, just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and some notes about current tasks. Working above a bank means there is always security around, which is a nice bonus. The 24th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve set up the space to be functional. There’s no interior designer involved. We just moved the furniture where it fit best. It’s a practical environment for solving problems and getting through the technical work we do. We like the local vibe of Banashankari. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually work and live. We are just one of the many small businesses making a go of it here. We do our best and keep our heads down. It’s a good way to work.
