Our place is located in Vidyaranyapura, over at AMS Layout. We are at number 376. It is a bit quieter here than in the center of Bangalore, which is nice. Most of the people around here are locals who have lived in this layout for years. We have a simple setup. It is not one of those high-rise buildings you see in the tech parks. It is just a regular building where we go to work every morning. The staff is small and we all know each other well. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. The street outside is lined with trees and you can actually hear the birds sometimes, which is rare for Bangalore these days. We do our work without making much of a fuss. The office has basic furniture and plenty of fans because it gets stuffy in the afternoon. We are not trying to impress anyone with expensive decor. We just focus on what we have to do for the day. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs sleep near our gate and we have to be careful when we drive out. It feels more like a community here than a cold business district. We like the pace of Vidyaranyapura. It is steady and familiar. We have been at this address for a while and most of the neighbors know who we are by now. We just keep things simple and keep working.
