We operate out of Jyoti Prem Nivas, which is house number 24. It is in a part of Bangalore that still feels like a neighborhood. We share the space with Darshan P. It’s not a big commercial building with an elevator or a lobby. It is just a regular house where we have set up our workspace. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Most of the time, the windows are open to let in some air, though the dust can be a problem. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. There are a few tables, some chairs, and our equipment. It gets the job done. We usually have a lot of paperwork scattered around, but we know where everything is. The area is 560054, so it’s fairly central but away from the main chaos of the city center. We handle our own chores, like getting the water bottles filled or sweeping up. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big staff. It is just us working through our tasks every day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. It is quiet at night here, which is nice. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just work at our own pace and try to stay on top of things. This is how we manage things from day to day.
