Venkatesh J

Venkatesh J is basically a local setup here on Oil Mill Road. We’re tucked into the 6th Cross in Lingarajapuram. If you know the area, you know it’s got a lot of character. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. It’s not a high-rise office or anything flashy like that. It’s just a ground-floor space where we handle our business. The street can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery trucks, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of town. We don’t really do big meetings or have a boardroom. Most of our chats happen over the counter or while standing near the door. It’s a very informal environment, which suits us just fine. We know most of the neighbors, and they know us. When people ask what we do, we just tell them we’re Venkatesh J and we take care of things. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to worry too much about the small stuff. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done and that’s what matters most to us. We don’t use any complicated systems or fancy software if we can help it. Paper and a pen still work great for most of what we do. It’s a honest, simple way to run a business in Lingarajapuram, and we plan to stay right here for a long time.
