Veninore Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd is located at 6 Banneraghatta Road. If you know this road, you know it can get pretty backed up with cars, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. Our office is a straightforward space. We don’t have those fancy bean bag chairs or game rooms you see in some tech offices. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. We handle a lot of different technology tasks here. The team is fairly small, so we all know each other well. We often end up talking about things other than work while we wait for the computers to finish whatever they are doing. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we often go for a break. It’s a good spot to clear your head. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We don’t really worry about having the newest office gadgets or looking like a big corporation. We just focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of being in this area. We like being on Banneraghatta Road because everything we need is close by. It’s a practical place for a practical team. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs as best as we can every day we come in. It’s just how we do things.
