Velocis Systems Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Jeevan Bhima Nagar, specifically over on 22nd Cross at L/68. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly residential with some shops scattered around. Our office fits right in with that. It’s a basic building where we spend our hours dealing with system setups and technical support. It isn’t exactly a corporate headquarters you’d see in a movie, but it works for us. We have a few desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in messy handwriting, and a lot of cables running under the floorboards. The team here is small. We’ve all worked together for a bit, so we don't really do formal meetings much. Usually, someone just shouts a question across the room. We take our breaks at the small tea stall down the street when we need some air. Being at L/68 means we deal with the usual local power cuts and the noise from the street, but it keeps us grounded. We don’t really have a big philosophy or anything fancy to say. We just get the systems running and make sure everything stays online for whoever is using them. It's practical work. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting things that stopped working for no obvious reason. We just keep at it until it's fixed. That's what a typical Tuesday or Wednesday looks like for us. We just do what we can with the tools we have.
