Vellara Tours And Travels is located right on the 80 Feet Road in Koramangala’s 4th Block. The building number is 1029. It’s a pretty easy place to find because the road is always active. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while. The office isn't huge, but it's got enough space for our desks and a few chairs for people who stop by. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to find the best routes for people. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk to customers. We just talk like normal people. If a trip sounds like a bad idea because of the weather or the timing, we’ll probably say so. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Koramangala over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in travel, so our desks are usually covered in forms and printouts. We don't bother with expensive decorations. We’d rather just focus on making sure the bookings are correct. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, like during the festivals. But we just take it one person at a time. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we like being part of the local community here.
