It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which is actually kind of nice. We have our computers set up and we deal with various services. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is a relief compared to the main roads in Karnataka. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know each other well. Most days involve handling requests and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in. The 18th Cross is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now. We drink coffee, talk about the weather, and get through our lists. It’s a very practical way to run a business. No one is wearing suits here. We just dress comfortably and get things done. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and it’s a bit loud, but it’s a good environment. We just keep our heads down and handle the service side of things. It’s a simple life. The house itself is a bit old-fashioned, but it's sturdy. We don't need much else besides a good connection and some quiet time to think.
