Velankani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is based over at Sajeebhavan on Kodandarama Temple Street. We are right on the 4th Cross in M S Nagar. This part of Bangalore has a lot of history to it. Our office is just a regular place where we manage various projects. We deal with infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of blueprints and site visits. It is not a flashy job. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials like cement and steel. The office at 560 033 is where the administrative side happens. We have got files everywhere and the printers are always running. It is a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day at a construction site, and other days we are stuck inside doing taxes and payroll. It is honest work. We do not have a big PR department or fancy brochures. We just focus on the buildings and the roads we are working on. It gets dusty and loud sometimes. That is just the nature of the business. We have been in this neighborhood for a while. People around here know us as the infrastructure folks. We keep things moving as best as we can without much fuss or noise. It is just what we do every day for a living. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, but we just keep pushing forward.
