We are Velankani Infrastructure & Projects Pvt Ltd. Our office is situated at 1/A, on the 5th Cross of Venkateshwara Layout. That is over in JP Nagar 8th Phase, specifically the Kothanur Dinne area of Bangalore. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city center, but it’s a good neighborhood. The 560076 pin code area is growing pretty fast lately. We’ve got a regular office setup here. It’s nothing fancy, just some desks and computers and a lot of maps and plans pinned to the walls. The layout is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files from different projects over the years. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or talking on the phone. The 5th Cross is usually pretty quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We’ve been at this Kothanur Dinne spot for a good while. You can see the construction happening all around this part of JP Nagar. It’s interesting to be right in the middle of it. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which we like. It’s just us doing our projects day in and day out here at our Venkateshwara Layout base.
