We’re located in Electronics City Phase 2, specifically at No. 11-a on 4th Cross in the Veerasandra Industrial Area. Being in this part of Bangalore means there’s always a lot of traffic and tech companies all around us. Our place is more of a practical lab and office setup where we work on biotech projects. It’s not like the big glass buildings you see nearby; ours is a bit more lived-in and focused on the actual work. We have a small group of technicians and office staff who keep the place running. The mornings are usually spent checking on the overnight tests and getting the shipping labels ready for the day's departures. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies coming in at once, but we’ve learned how to organize the space over the years. We eat our lunch together most days in the small break area. We don’t really go in for big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the science right and making sure the orders go out to the hospitals and clinics on time. The noise from the industrial area is constant, but it becomes background noise after a while. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a part of the city that never seems to sleep. We stay late some nights when there's a big batch to finish, but that's just part of the deal.
