Our shop is located at 2071/A on Eastend B Main Road in Jayanagar 9th Block. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this area can get. The traffic outside is pretty much constant from morning until night. We spend our days inside this small space, which is usually packed to the ceiling with boxes of computer parts, cables, and various peripherals. It is not a polished showroom; it is more like a working storeroom where we help people find what they need for their tech setups. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just a normal part of life here, and we just wait for the generator or for the grid to come back. We know many of the regulars who live in the apartments nearby and stop in when they have a problem with their mouse or printer. The front door is a bit heavy and sticks in the frame when it rains, so you have to give it a real tug. We don’t have a fancy digital inventory system; we mostly rely on our notebooks and knowing where we put things on the shelves. The sun hits the front window quite hard in the afternoon, so we often keep the blinds pulled down to stay cool. It is just a simple, local business where we try to keep things running smoothly. We’ve been on this block for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us.
