Vd Square Technologies is tucked away in Ejipura at Grape Garden. If you know Bangalore 560047, you know the streets can get a bit tight around I Cross. Our place is at No. 9/1-1. It is a simple setup we have here. Big lobbies or receptionists greeting people at the door aren't really our thing. It is mostly just us sitting around our computers and trying to get through the list of things we need to finish. The area has changed a lot since the doors first opened. More shops have appeared and the traffic is definitely worse than it used to be. On most days, sounds of the street come through the windows. We like it though. It makes us feel like we are part of the local scene. Down the road, there is a small tea stall where we go when we need a break from the screens. This started because we wanted a place to work on our own terms. It is not always easy and some days are longer than others. Fancy words aren't used to describe what we do. Building things and fixing things is basically it. That is the way we like it. Our small team knows what they are supposed to do without being told. We don't have a lot of meetings, we just get on with it. It works for us and keeps things moving.
