Vci Hospitality

Our office is located at 663 on 31st Cross, right in the 4th T Block of Jayanagar. It is a fairly quiet part of Bangalore compared to the main roads, though Tilak Nagar can get a bit busy during the festival seasons. Vci Hospitality is basically run by a small group of us who have been in the business for years. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we handle all the bookings and management stuff for the properties. Most days start with a lot of phone calls from people asking about availability or saying that something in their room isn't working right. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking on things and making sure the staff at the different sites are actually doing what they are supposed to do. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees, so the walk to the office in the morning is actually okay unless it’s raining. Inside, it’s mostly just files, some coffee mugs, and the sound of the ceiling fan. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to make sure the rooms we manage are clean and the people staying there aren't unhappy. It is a lot of small tasks that add up, like making sure the laundry is done or the water is running. We just keep at it day after day, trying to keep everyone satisfied.
