Vaswani Group

Vaswani Group is based out of the Vaswani Victoria building at 30 Victoria Layout. We are right on Victoria Road, which is a major spot in this part of town. Most people find us by looking for the Hyderabadi Biryani place that is nearby. Our office is where we manage our various property and construction projects. It is a professional place, but we don't like to use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We prefer to speak plainly about the work we are doing. The office can get quite busy with site managers and contractors coming in for meetings. We have been in this location for a good number of years now. The view from our windows shows the constant flow of traffic on Victoria Road. It can be quite loud, but we are used to it. We drink a lot of tea while we go over blueprints and project timelines. We don't have a big promotional speech to give. We just focus on the buildings we are responsible for. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when several projects are happening at once, but we manage to keep everything moving. It is a solid, everyday environment where we just get things done. We are just local people working in the property industry, trying to do a decent job for our clients without making a big fuss about it.
