So, Vasudev Adigas Group Of Restaurants is based out of 7A, Raj Mahal Apts. This is over on 9th Main in Raja Mahal Vilas, Bangalore 560080. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quiet enough to get work done. We handle all the restaurant stuff from this office. It’s not a big fancy building, just an apartment space where the back-end stuff happens. We’ve been around Bangalore for quite some time now. Most people know the name from the food, but this is where the planning and the boring bits like accounting go on. We have a small team here. We sit around desks, talk about the daily supplies, and make sure the menus are okay. It gets a bit crowded with papers sometimes. Bangalore weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the food and the places where people eat. Being in Raja Mahal Vilas is nice because it’s a good part of town. We’ve seen the city grow and the traffic get worse, but we stay put here. It’s a lot of work running restaurants, more than people think. We just take it day by day. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just folks working in an apartment office.
