Vasantha Arts

Vasantha Arts is tucked away in Addiganahalli, which is near Rajanukunte. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Bangalore city, but we like it here because it’s a lot quieter. The address is 101, and it’s a decent-sized space for what we do. When you walk in, you’ll usually see some half-finished projects or sketches lying around. We don’t keep things too tidy because work is always happening. The light is pretty good in the mornings, which helps when we are looking at colors or designs. We’ve got a small team here. Some of us live nearby and walk to work, while others take the bus from the city. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. We use various tools and sometimes the floors get a bit messy with scraps. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The building itself is quite simple. We have a few big tables for laying out work. On rainy days, the sound on the roof is quite loud, but it’s actually kind of nice. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the area change as more buildings go up around Rajanukunte. It’s not a fancy studio, just a place where we put things together. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. It’s a steady pace most days and we don't feel the need to rush things.
