Varun Prakash

My place is right at 49 Sanjay Nagar. It is easy to find because we are directly opposite the Galaxy Cinema. You can see the movie posters from my front window. I have been working out of this space for a good while. Varun Prakash is just me and a couple of helpers most days. The office isn't very big but it fits what we need. We have a lot of files stacked up on the wooden shelves. Sanjay Nagar is a busy spot, especially when a big movie is playing across the street. The noise from the crowds can be a bit much in the evenings. I usually start my day with a walk to the local market before coming in. The desk I use belonged to my uncle. It is a bit wobbly but it has character. We deal with people coming in and out all day long. Sometimes they just want to chat about the local news. I keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. It is a very informal setup. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just comfortable clothes for a long day of work. The door sticks a little when it is humid outside. You have to give it a good push to get in. I like being here because everything is close by. We don't do anything fancy, just the work that comes our way. It is a practical way to earn a living.
