Vardharaju Associates

Vardharaju Associates is tucked away in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are at number 32 on the 2nd Cross, just a short walk from the Home Needs store which is where we go for coffee. We’ve been in this part of BTM for a good while. The office is a bit small, and there are files and folders stacked up on most of the tables, but we know where everything is hidden. We do various types of associate work, mostly helping people with their construction projects and the associated paperwork. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important for getting things built right. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or anything modern like that. We much prefer talking to people face to face. If you come by, you’ll probably see us looking over some drawings or reading through contracts. The 2nd Cross can get a bit crowded with parked scooters and delivery trucks, but it’s a friendly area. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Bangalore or win any awards. We just want to do a decent, honest job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, or the monsoon rain makes it hard to get to the sites, but that's just part of life here. We’re just a small group of people working hard near the Home Needs. We keep it simple and stay busy with the work we have.
