Sundram Archictect Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 90 on Kumar Kripa Road. This road is usually quite busy, but the office itself is tucked away enough that it stays okay for working. We have been here at number 90 for a long time. It’s a familiar spot for us. The building isn't a modern glass tower; it’s just a regular place on a regular street. Inside, the team at Sundram Archictect Pvt. Ltd. mostly keeps to themselves. We have our desks, some old drafting stools, and a lot of rolled-up plans everywhere. It can get a little cluttered when we have a lot going on. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in every morning and start on whatever needs doing. Kumar Kripa Road has changed a bit over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing, but we’ve stayed in this same office. It’s a practical location for us. Finding the building is easy enough as long as you watch the house numbers. We don't really do much in the way of advertising our presence. Most people who visit us have been here before or were told where to find us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate feel because we are just a small group of people working together in a simple room, trying to stay organized.
