Vardhaman V Gunjal

This is Vardhaman V Gunjal and we are located over at 9 Basavanagudi Janak Puri Number 2. If you know the Karodiya Road area, you probably know where the Jain Deluxe Residency Apartment is. That’s where we are based out of. It’s a decent building, pretty sturdy and everyone around here is quite friendly. We are also very close to the Sanman Guest House, which is a big landmark for people who aren't from this side of town. Basavanagudi is one of those places that still feels like old Bangalore in some ways, even with all the new apartments popping up everywhere. Janak Puri can be a bit confusing if it’s your first time visiting because the numbers don’t always follow a straight line, but once you find number 2, it’s easy. I usually tell people to look for the guest house first and then turn towards the residency. It saves a lot of phone calls. The air here is a bit better than the city center, maybe because of the trees left in the older gardens. My days are mostly spent inside the apartment handling business. It’s quiet enough that I can get things done without too much distraction from the street noise outside. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't really see a reason to move anywhere else. It’s a practical location for what we do and the neighbors don't mind the coming and going.
