Our travel office is located in Vivek Nagar, right on the 5th Cross. We are on the 1st floor of building number 439. It is a small space, but it works for what we do. We have been here for a good while, helping people figure out their travel plans and booking tickets. The office is pretty simple, with just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look things up on the computer. Vivek Nagar is a very busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. The stairs up to the first floor are a little narrow, but most people don't mind. We handle a lot of requests for bus and train travel, and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking about prices or timings. We are not a big fancy agency with glossy posters everywhere. We just have some basic maps and a lot of notebooks to keep track of everything. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people walk in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the area. They know where we are and that we’ve been here for years. It is just a local business run by a few of us who know the travel routes pretty well. We keep things honest and just try to help folks get where they need to go.
