Vara Solutions is based right here in Bangalore, specifically in the 560003 pin code area. We started out as a small group of people who just wanted to solve some of the common problems businesses run into every day. We don't have a massive glass building or a fleet of cars. Instead, we work from a modest space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but that’s how this kind of work goes. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We prefer to explain what’s happening in plain English. Bangalore is a busy place, and there are many companies like ours, but we just stick to our corner and do our thing. We’ve had some long nights when a deadline is close, usually fueled by snacks from the shop down the street. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with cables everywhere and notes stuck to the walls. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just like fixing things and helping people get back to their own work. If you need something sorted out, we're usually around during normal hours. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful. There is always plenty to do and not enough hours in the day, but we manage somehow.
