Value Desing & Engineering Associates P Ltd is situated in Bangalore at House 1, 33 & 34 on 6th Cross, Lakshmi Layout. We are right next to the Lions Hospital in Marthahalli. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Marthahalli is. The traffic on the main road is usually a nightmare, so we’re glad to be tucked away a little bit in the layout. Our work is all about design and engineering, so the office is mostly full of computers and large monitors. It’s a pretty laid-back place to work. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most of the time, the guys are just huddled over their drawings or arguing about a technical detail. The hospital next door is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a bit of a mix of a residential and commercial area, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office park. We don't really have a big marketing budget. Work mostly comes from referrals or long-standing clients. We just try to keep our heads down and get the engineering right. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at the small eateries nearby. It’s just a normal engineering firm doing its thing in a busy city without making any grand claims.
