Valmark

We work out of an office at 41613 Dickenson Road. It is a place called Valmark. It isn't a very large space, but it fits what we need for the work we do. We spend our days looking at property details and talking to people who want to buy or sell. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always something going on outside the window. We have a few desks pushed together and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sometimes the files get stacked too high, and we have to spend a Saturday cleaning up. We don't use a lot of fancy words here. We just talk about the buildings and the land. Most of us have lived in the area for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. If someone asks for a recommendation for lunch nearby, we have a list of favorites. It is a regular job with regular hours, though we do stay late if a deal is closing. We don't have any big posters on the walls or a shiny sign out front. People usually find us because they know the address. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls and the meetings without much fuss. It is a straightforward way to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just helping people with their property needs.
