Being in a mall means there’s always something going on, especially on the weekends when it gets really packed with families and shoppers. We handle a lot of different communication tasks, mostly technical stuff that involves a lot of cables and testing equipment in the back room. The office isn't huge, but we managed to fit everything we need in there somehow. We usually get in early before the mall shops even open to get a head start on the day’s work before it gets noisy. Most of our clients are other businesses, but we see plenty of locals walking past our door too while they do their shopping. Jayanagar is a great area, and having the mall nearby means we never have to go far for a cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat at lunch. Our desks are usually a mess of wires and manuals, but we know where everything is when we need it. It’s a bit of a trek to the parking lot sometimes, but that’s just mall life and you get used to it after a while. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now and we’ve seen the mall change quite a bit with new stores opening up. We don't do much in terms of advertising; people usually just find us through word of mouth or because they were already in Pancham Mall for something else. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy.
