Being in BTM Layout means dealing with a lot of Bangalore traffic, but we are in a pretty convenient spot. We are located at Number 48/107 on the 80 Feet Road, specifically in the 4th Phase, 2nd Block. A lot of people find us by looking for the SBI Bank because we are right below it on the ground floor. It makes it easy for elderly people or folks who can’t climb stairs to just walk straight in from the sidewalk. The 80 Feet Road is always moving, so there is a lot of energy outside. Inside the clinic, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. It’s a typical Bangalore setup—functional, a bit crowded sometimes, but we make it work. We get a lot of young professionals who work in the nearby tech offices and also families who have been in BTM for decades. We don't have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines. We just have some plastic chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the flow of people coming in for checkups. It gets quite cool inside during the rainy season, which is a nice break from the humidity outside. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on seeing whoever walks through the door and giving them a bit of time to explain what’s wrong.
