We operate out of J101 in Mantri Woodlands, which is right on Bannerghatta Road in the Arakere area. It’s a residential complex, so our office has a bit of a homey feel to it. Working in Bangalore 560076 means dealing with the famous traffic on the main road, but once you get inside the gates of Mantri Woodlands, it’s actually quite peaceful. We handle clinical systems from this unit. It’s not your typical corporate office with cubicles; it’s more like a repurposed apartment where we have set up our workstations. We have a small team here, and we spend our days looking at technical data and managing system requirements for hospitals. The kitchen area serves as our break room where we make tea and talk about the weekend. Sometimes it feels a bit strange to be working in a place where people are also living and walking their dogs, but it works for us. We don't have any big signs out front or fancy lighting. It’s just a practical spot for us to keep the business moving. The view from the window is mostly of the other blocks and some trees, which is better than looking at a parking lot. We stay busy with the clinical systems work, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but being in this part of Arakere is convenient in its own way.
