Our place, Vainatheya Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., is over in the Peenya Industrial Area. We are situated at number 246 in the 3rd Phase, specifically on 8th Main and 3rd Cross. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know it is a place where things actually get made. It is loud, gritty, and there is always the sound of machinery in the background. We fit right into that environment. Our building is a standard industrial unit with a small office section attached to the front. We do a lot of engineering work and supply different components to other businesses. It is not a clean or quiet job. There is usually some oil on the floor and metal parts stacked up in the corners. We do not spend much time on fancy meetings or presentations. We just look at the orders and get to work. Some days are completely chaotic when a big shipment is due, and other days we just do maintenance on the machines. We keep our coffee strong and our schedules as tight as we can. Our neighbors are mostly other workshops and factories, so everybody understands the hustle. We like being in the 3rd Phase because it feels like the heart of the industrial zone. We do not have any corporate fluff here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything leaves the shop in good condition for the next person.
