Vagale Design Development Consultants

Our place is in Jayanagar, on the 7th Main Road in the 2nd Block. The door number is 406. It’s a busy street with lots of things happening all the time. Being in Jayanagar is great because there is always somewhere to go for a tea break. The office of Vagale Design Development Consultants isn't very large. We have a few drafting tables and some chairs that have been around for a long time. They are comfortable, though. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking through different ideas. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we just wipe it down and keep going. We don’t have any big posters or marketing stuff on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes we’ve pinned up to remind ourselves of deadlines. The team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a while now. We know each other’s habits and quirks. If someone is running late, we don’t make a big deal of it. It’s a very human way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted by the end of the week. There is always a lot to do, but we manage it one day at a time without much fuss.
