V2 Solar Technologies

V2 Solar Technologies is located out at No-. 29, B.C Sibdatta, Vinileaya, Betta Hanoor, near the End Post. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the area, but we like the space. Most of our work involves getting solar setups ready for houses that are a bit further out where the grid isn't always reliable. We spend our mornings loading up the truck with panels and mounting frames. The sun can be brutal out in Betta Hanoor, so we try to get the roof work done early before the metal gets too hot to touch. Our office is more of a storage spot for batteries and controllers than a place for fancy meetings. We spend more time in people's backyards or on their rooftops than we do sitting behind a desk. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially during the monsoon when we can't really be messing with electrical wires in the wet. We've had to learn a lot about how different roofs handle the weight of the panels. It’s practical work, mostly involving wrenches and multimeters. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in systems that work so people can have some lights on when the main power cuts out. It’s a quiet life out here by the End Post, and we just keep busy with the next job on the list, making sure everything is connected right before we leave for the day.
