We are based out in the Kiadb Industrial Area in Dabaspet. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, located in Nelamangala Taluk. The area is full of factories and big trucks. Our site covers plots 31 to 34 and 37. It is a large space because making solar modules takes a lot of room. Most of us start the day early to beat the traffic on the highway. It is an industrial setting, so there is always the sound of machinery and people moving things around. We are not sitting in a quiet office in a mall; it is a working plant. We keep an eye on the production lines and make sure everything is moving along. There is a lot of dust from the road outside, but inside we try to keep things clean for the equipment. We eat lunch together in the break area and talk about the news or the weather. It is hard work, especially when it is hot, but we have been doing it for a long time. We do not have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We are just a group of people making solar products in an industrial estate. If you come by, you will see people in work gear and a lot of shipping crates. It is a practical environment where the focus is on getting the modules built and sent out. That is really all there is to it.
