Mercom Communications

Our shop is located at S-3 in Harshita Arcade, right on the 1 Main Road. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always people walking past the window. Mercom Communications is basically a small hub where we handle all sorts of tech and talk. The arcade itself is a bit older, so the stairs can be a little creaky, but we like being right in the middle of everything. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few server racks that hum all day, and piles of cables that we try our best to keep organized. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts while we troubleshoot connection issues or help someone figure out their communications setup. It can get a bit hectic when several things break at once, but we’ve learned to stay calm and just work through the problems one by one. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of the people who come to us are just locals or businesses from nearby who know we’ll give them a straight answer without any fluff. We drink a lot of coffee, talk about the latest gadgets, and try to make sure everyone stays connected. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we meet. It’s just a regular day-to-day life for us here at the arcade.
