V S S Developers is situated at 14/3 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar in the Sarangpur area. We are right opposite the post office, which is the easiest way to find our building. Our office is usually filled with blue blueprints and rolls of site plans scattered on every surface. There is often a bit of dried mud on the floor from people coming in directly from various construction sites. We don't have a fancy showroom or a flashy lobby for visitors. We just have a few large tables where we can spread out the drawings and talk about building projects. RT Nagar is a very lively place to work. Being right across from the post office means there is always a crowd and a lot of noise nearby. We spend half our time here and the other half out at various sites checking on how the work is progressing. It’s not an easy job and things go wrong all the time. There are always delays or materials that don't show up according to the plan. We just deal with those issues as they come up throughout the day. We don't make big promises that we know we can't keep. We just show people what we are working on and give them the facts about the timeline. The office feels a bit lived-in because we spend so many long hours here. We have a small kettle for tea and a few basic chairs for guests. It’s a simple, functional space for our small team.
