V Raheja Design & Construction

V Raheja Design & Construction is located at No. 167, Zion, in the Arekere Mico Layout II Stage. We do a lot of work here in Bangalore, mostly focusing on getting things built right. Our office is on the 4th Cross, 1st Main, and it is usually filled with blueprints and some dust from the sites. It is a practical place. We do not have fancy rugs or a big front desk. People just come in to talk about their houses or projects. Most of us have been in the construction game for years, so we know how the local rules work. Things can get stressful when materials are late or the weather does not cooperate, but that is just how it goes in this business. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It is not always pretty. Building something takes a lot of coordination between the workers and the designers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites. Arekere is a busy area, and we have seen it change a lot lately. We are just here doing our bit, making sure the walls are straight and the roofs do not leak. If you stop by Zion, you will see us working away. It is hard work, but we are used to it. No big speeches, just bricks and mortar.
