V P R Tempo Travels

We run a small travel business out of Al Hillal Nagar on Devis Road. Our office is located at number 1850, right on the 5th Cross. It’s tucked behind the police station, which makes it a fairly quiet spot compared to the main roads. We mostly deal with tempo travels, so our days are filled with managing schedules and talking to drivers. You’ll usually see a few of our vehicles parked nearby or out on the street when they aren't on a trip. It isn't a corporate setup with cubicles; it’s more like a small room with some chairs, a desk, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating pickups and checking on road conditions around Bangalore. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we know our neighbors well. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about rates for a trip to the airport or a weekend out of town. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen the city change a lot from behind a windshield. Our focus is just on getting the vehicles where they need to go. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. We just rely on the fact that we've been in this spot behind the station for years. It gets busy in the early mornings when the trips start, but the rest of the day is just regular office work.
