Our office is located at 1639 Banashankari 1st Stage, specifically over on the 16th main in BTM 2nd Stage. It is a small place where we handle all the bookings for tours and travel. We started out with just a couple of vehicles and slowly added more over the years. It is a lot of work keeping track of drivers and making sure everyone gets to where they need to go on time. The phones ring quite a bit, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away. We are not a big travel corporation with a fancy call center. When you call, you are usually talking to one of us who is sitting right here in the office. We know the local roads and the best places to visit around here. Sometimes plans change because of the weather or a road closure, and we have to scramble to find another way. It is just how it is in this business. We do not have a glossy brochure; we just talk to people and find out what they need for their trip. The office is a bit lived-in, with maps on the wall and keys hanging everywhere. We try to be helpful and straightforward with our prices. It is a simple operation run by people who actually care about getting you to your destination safely.
