It is a nice part of Bangalore - 79. People around here know us because we’ve been at this Magadi Main Road side of things for some time. We deal with estates and property matters. It’s not like those shiny corporate offices you see downtown. Our office feels more like a part of the neighborhood. We have files stacked up and maps of different plots. We talk to people about where they want to live or what land is available. It is mostly local folks coming in to ask questions. Sometimes we are out on the road looking at sites, and other times we are just sitting here in the 4th Block office. Behind Raheja Park, it gets a bit quieter than the main road. You can hear the birds sometimes if the traffic isn't too bad. We just do our work and try to help people figure out their housing stuff. It is a straightforward business. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just know the area well since we are based right here. Basaveshwarnagar has changed a lot over the years, but our spot at Vasantha stays pretty much the same. We like being in this part of town because it feels like home.
