Urvee Group

We are located at 1/46 A in Jayanagar. If you know where the ICICI Bank is, we are right beside it. It is a very central spot and easy to reach. The Urvee Group has been around this part of Bangalore for a good while. We handle a lot of different things related to land and buildings. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a lot of filing cabinets, and a water cooler that always seems to be running out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to look at properties. Jayanagar is a busy place, so there is always someone coming in or out. Sometimes we have to run down to the government offices for paperwork, which takes up half the day. It’s a bit of a grind, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We just try to keep things clear and honest when we talk to people about their homes or investments. It is a local business and we like being part of the Jayanagar community. Sometimes we just sit and watch the traffic while we figure out the next steps for a project. It’s a steady life.
