Urja Solutions

You can find us at No. 1 in the Srisha Center on 3rd Cross Lal Bagh Road. It’s a central spot, which means the traffic is almost always a nightmare, but we’re used to it. Urja Solutions is a small operation. We handle various energy-related tasks from this office. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing that stands out from the street. Inside, it’s mostly desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head out. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the storeroom. 3rd Cross is a busy little lane, and there's always someone looking for a parking spot. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking on project details. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. The coffee from the machine is okay, but we usually go out for real tea from the shop downstairs. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve had the same few people working here for a long time, so we all know how things run. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we get through our list of things to do. We like the location because it’s close to everything, even if the noise is a bit much.
