Urban Estates

Urban Estates is located on the third floor at L-12, right on Jeevan Bhima Nagar Main Road in Basavanagar. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then. The office is right in the middle of all the action on the main road. We spend most of our time looking at property papers and talking to people who want to move into the area or sell their old places. It’s a small office, nothing too grand, with a few desks and some files stacked up. Since we are on the main road, it’s always noisy outside with the bikes and cars. We aren't like those big corporate real estate firms you see on TV. We’re just a local team that knows the streets around Basavanagar pretty well. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall downstairs. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days it’s a rush to get things signed and filed. We don’t use a lot of fancy talk or try to push people into things they don’t want. It’s more about finding what fits and making sure the paperwork is mostly in order. The carpet is a bit worn and the walls could use some paint, but it’s a workspace that does the job. Just a regular office for regular people looking for a place. It's been our base for a long time and we like it.
