Upkar Estates

Down here in Bangalore, specifically in the 560076 area, we run Upkar Estates. Real estate is what everyone talks about in this city, and we are right in the middle of it. Our day usually starts with checking on different property listings or seeing who called about a piece of land. Bangalore has grown so fast that the maps from a few years ago don’t even look the same anymore. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites to check on things or show people around. The office is a place to land between those trips. It’s usually got a few maps pinned to the wall and some old coffee mugs sitting around. We aren't some big fancy agency with glass walls and suits. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes, trying to figure out the best way to help someone find a spot to build a house. It gets dusty when you’re out at the sites, so we keep some extra shoes in the back. The traffic in Karnataka, especially in this part of Bangalore, can be a real headache, so we plan our meetings carefully. We’ve seen this city turn from a garden place into a tech hub, and that changes the estate business every single day. We just try to keep up with it and keep our records in order.
