Unusual Places

Being right across from Ulsoor Lake at 17 Ulsoor 5th & 6th Cross is actually pretty nice. Unusual Places is tucked away there. Most mornings start with the view of the water, which is a good way to begin any day of work. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it feels right. It is not too loud, but there is always something going on. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of papers. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving. We handle whatever comes across our desks without making a big fuss about it. The name of the shop usually gets a few questions, but we don't think too hard on it. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun starts going down over the lake. Sometimes the rain makes the cross streets a bit muddy, but that's just Ulsoor for you. We don't have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just like being here and doing what we do. It’s a simple setup. If you need us, you know where the lake is, and we are just right there on the other side of the road. It’s been our home for a while now and we don't plan on going anywhere else.
