Our office is located at 201 Chamrajpet on the 4th Main Road. We are on the 1st floor, which is a nice spot in this old part of Bangalore. Chamrajpet has a lot of history, and the 4th Main is a road we know very well. The office is where we handle all our real estate and housing work. It’s a straightforward space with tables covered in blueprints and property documents. We aren't big on flashy interior design. The walls have some maps and maybe a few photos of projects we’ve worked on. People come in to talk about finding a place to live or to check on the progress of a building. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with contractors. The street outside is usually busy with the local market life and people going about their business. It can be a bit loud during the day, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. There is no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of people working together. We drink our coffee, talk to our visitors, and try to keep the paperwork moving. It’s the kind of place where the door is usually open and things are kept simple. We focus on the building part of things and let the work speak for itself. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
