We’ve been here at 12 Shanthi Nagar for a while now. Most people know us because we're right next to the Axis Bank on Marine Drive. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We do tech stuff, software mostly. Usually, it's just a few of us in the office working through projects. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a deadline is close, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a giant company with fancy lobbies. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. If you walk past the bank, you’ll see our door. It’s easy to find. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of screens, trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working right. It’s quiet work for the most part. We started Uniweb Soft Technologies because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things that actually function. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, take the requirements, and start typing. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of the developers will probably be the one to say hello. It's a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs and wires around, but we know where everything is. Shanthi Nagar is a good area to be based in. We’ve got some nice places to eat nearby when we need a break. It suits us just fine.
