Universal Travel Tourism

We’ve been running Universal Travel Tourism from our spot at 266, 2nd Cross in Gandhi Nagar for quite some time now. You can find us right across from Hotel Nataraj, which is a big landmark around here. Our shop isn't very large, just a simple room with some desks and travel posters on the walls. We spend most of our days helping people with their travel plans, whether it's booking a bus ticket to a nearby town or trying to figure out flight schedules for a longer trip. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one or two of us sitting here with the phone ringing. We handle passport applications and visa forms too, which can be a real headache for people to do alone. Basavanagar is a busy place, and our street gets a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes people just pop in to ask for directions or to check a train timing. We try to be helpful. We have some old wooden chairs for when it gets crowded. The office has that smell of old paper and tea. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a local business and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay open until late evening most days to finish the bookings.
