Universal Computer Tech

The shop is located at Yeshwantpur Narol Aslali Highway, 14th Cross, near the Yeshwanthpur Main Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’re right there by the highway. Universal Computer Tech is a small setup. We handle computers, obviously. It’s mostly about fixing laptops, putting towers together, and sorting out software problems that drive people crazy. We aren't some big tech firm with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us in a room filled with cables, monitors, and half-opened computer cases. It gets a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The noise from the highway is something you just get used to after a while. We don’t try to act like we know everything about the future of technology. We just focus on the machine in front of us. If someone has a broken screen or a virus, we do what we can to fix it without charging an arm and a leg. We don’t use a lot of jargon if we can help it. We just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to get it back to them. It’s a simple business. We spend a lot of time squinting at small screws and trying to recover data that someone thought they lost. It’s satisfying when things actually start working again. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here.
