Universal Airlink Travels

Our office is at 1 New BEL Road, right at the 4th Cross on the 1st Main Road. We are part of the shopping complex there, which is usually buzzing with shoppers and people running errands. It’s a bit of a walk up if you aren't used to the stairs, but it’s a decent spot. We handle a lot of airlink travel stuff, mostly just sorting out tickets and checking on visa requirements for people. The office is pretty cramped with all the files and the computer cables running across the floor. We have a couple of fans that spin all day to keep the air moving, though it still gets a bit stuffy when there are more than three people inside. Being in a shopping complex means there is always something going on outside the door, whether it’s a delivery or someone shouting about a parking spot. We know the other shop owners in the building, and we often share a cup of tea in the mornings. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they were already in the complex for something else. It’s a very straightforward operation. We just sit at our desks, deal with the airline systems, and try to make sure nobody’s name is spelled wrong on their documents. It’s a lot of staring at screens and waiting for pages to load. We keep a stack of old magazines for people to read while they wait for their printouts to be ready. It’s not a fast-paced environment, just steady work.
